RENTAL INFORMATION
Thank you for considering the El Dorado Conference Center for your event. We strive to provide you with as much financial information as possible during the initial stages of planning your event. In order to minimize any miscommunications regarding potential charges, we ask that you review this information about commonly used items and services.
We have the ability to set up a stage and/or dance floor for your event in any of the Murphy Hall combinations. We can also handle any Audio/Visual needs. A/V pricing is available upon request.

Security is required for all events hosted outside of El Dorado Conference Center business hours or where alcohol is present. Security is an additional hourly fee of $35/hr per security officer. Two security officers are required for events with alcohol.

Don't forget about food! Check out our catering page for some good ideas! We are more than happy to get you pricing for any catering your event requires. Additionally, there may be extra fees for item rentals (dishes, flatware, chafers, serving utensils, etc.) and linens.
